Approvals for designers are available by special arrangement, please view our terms and agreement upon selecting the items of interest to you and your clients.

Credit Card is needed to secure items for 24 hour approvals. If merchandise is not returned within 24 hours, card will be charged. Any damages to merchandise will be the responsibility of the borrower. Please download the pdf form, which you can either fax or mail to our office for approvals.
